3-Step Emotional Reset
A gentle way to reconnect with your body and allow emotions to move
Let’s take some time for yourself. This practice is an invitation to pause and reconnect with what is happening within you—not to change it, but to give it the space it may not have had.
The three practices below are designed to gently and naturally support this process.
You don’t need to do them perfectly. You simply need to show up and notice. The entire practice is about 45 minutes. if you want to practice all at once, or might prefer to try one every day.
1 — Body Awareness & Rest
Bring awareness to the body and allow it to relax.
When the body is tense, it becomes difficult to feel clearly. Yoga Nidra allows the body to gradually release layers of tension, creating the conditions for emotions to surface and move without force.
As you lie down or sit comfortably, you will be guided to bring your attention through different areas of the body. As you notice each part, you may begin to feel subtle sensations—tension, heaviness, or areas that are harder to sense.
Alongside this awareness, you are guided to relax. Not by forcing the body to let go, but by providing the conditions for it to soften naturally.
You may notice that some areas release easily, while others hold a bit longer. There is no need to change anything.
Simply follow the guidance, stay with the sensations, and allow the body to unwind at its own pace.
This combination of awareness and relaxation creates the space for emotions to begin surfacing and moving—without effort.
2 — Breath & Release
Support the release of tension
Once the body begins to soften, we bring attention to the breath.
The breath connects directly to the way we experience emotions. When tension is present, the breath often becomes shallow or restricted. By bringing awareness to it, you begin to create space.
In this practice, you will exhale forcefully with the intention of removing physical and mental stress. Then the breath will guide you back into your body.
Over time, as you keep practicing, this will be easier to release and feel free of emotional stress. not because you are trying to release them, but because you are allowing space for them to change.
3 — Guided Presence
Reconnect with the wisdom already within you
From this place of awareness and release, you are invited to go one step further inward.
In this guided practice, you will meet a future version of yourself—one that sees more clearly and is less caught in doubt or confusion.
This is not about finding answers outside of you. It is a way to recognize that clarity is already present within.
As you follow the guidance, let the experience unfold naturally. There is nothing to force.
Simply listen, observe, and allow the connection to deepen.
You are not doing this to get rid of anything.
You are creating space for what is already there.
If something feels intense, you can always come back to your breath, open your eyes, or pause the practice.
Go at your own pace.
