Most of us try to understand our emotions by thinking about them, yet emotions don’t resolve in the mind. They begin in the body!
And when they are not fully felt, they don’t disappear—they remain, repeating as tension, patterns, and disconnection. The Emotion Process is a guided journey to restore this natural movement.

A different way to work with emotions
This program is not about managing emotions or analyzing them.
It is about learning how to:
recognize what is happening in your body
stay present with what you feel
allow emotions to move and complete their process
When that process is restored, something shifts naturally:
tension releases, patterns loosen, and clarity begins to emerge.
How the process works
This is a 6-week program built on 3 essential phases:
1. Awareness — The body speaks first
You learn to recognize emotions through physical sensations, before they become thoughts or reactions.
2. Regulation — The breath restores movement
You use breath and presence to stay with what arises, instead of suppressing or reacting.
3. Understanding — Clarity comes after feeling
Through self-inquiry, you begin to see the patterns, beliefs, and attachments behind your emotional experience.
What you will experience
Each weekly session combines:
grounding practices (breathwork, gentle movement, meditation)
guided reflection and discussion
self-inquiry and journaling
integration to support emotional processing
This is a space where nothing is forced. You meet what arises—at your own pace.
Over six weeks, you will learn to
recognize emotions through the signals of the body
allow emotional energy to move instead of holding it
understand how the mind shapes emotional patterns
release attachment to outcomes and expectations
develop compassion, trust, and emotional steadiness
use emotions as guidance for more aligned choices
By the end of the program
Emotions no longer feel like something to manage. They become signals you can trust—helping you understand yourself more clearly, respond with intention, and move forward with greater stability and inner freedom.

Week 1 — Awareness
Recognizing emotions in the body through breath and body awareness
Week 2 — Emotional Movement
Understanding how emotions move through the body and how the mind can block or support this process
Week 3 — Patterns
Observing recurring emotional reactions and the beliefs behind them
Week 4 — Attachment
Understanding what you hold on to and how it influences emotional experience
Week 5 — Allowing
Exploring trust, forgiveness, and the release of resistance
Week 6 — Integration
Beyond Emotions, time to reconnect within and with others
The group is limited to 5 persons.
