Gentle Yoga & Emotional Balance Discussion
Join us on July 17th for a free one-hour community gathering designed to restore emotional balance.
The first half of the evening will include a gentle Yoga for Emotional Balance practice that combines movement, breathwork, and simple integration techniques to help participants reconnect with their bodies, release stress, and gain inner peace.
Following the practice, we’ll gather for an open conversation about emotional balance, self-awareness, and the importance of allowing emotions to complete their cycles.
